Ore Ida

Well prices have increased & product has definitely become smaller. Really disappointed to open my crispy tots and they are half the size the use to be.

So tiny.

It’s a shame that huge companies do this to the consumers. Not worth the price especially when price is more & product less

I love ore ida brand potatoes of every kind. I never have had an issue or complaint with any ore ida product so this was a surprise.

As i poured my frozen fries in tbe air fryer something of another color came out and what appeared to be a large piece of breading of some sort laid there. I was almost afraid to eat it.

I dont know what to do with this complaint or issue so please help. I have pictures.

I opened a fresh bag of fast food fries and a giant piece of burnt frozen food was in the bag with the fries. This was absolutely disgusting. I have all the pictures.

Opened the bag and a big brown whatever it was fell out. Not sure what else you want me to say. Not sure if I should eat anything out of the bag.

They are not good anymore. I'm not sure what happened, but the last few products have been bad. The flavor is off and they disintegrate when you fry them.

I purchased a bag of your ore-ida crinkle fries and when I opened the bag most of the fries were black I was very disappointed in the quality

I purchase the Oreida Crinkle Cut Fries. I was very disappointed that they were small, with no full slices.

Some even looked like rotten potatoes. The entire bag was that way.

It certainly isn't the Oreida potatoes that I am accustomed to eating. With the cost of things, especially your product continuing to increase, I would expect to get my money's worth.

Every time I buy your french fry products, 1/3 of the bag is un edible. Why should I buy your product anymore? Im tired of your great advertisements and *** product.

I went to Albertsons in Casper wy and I bought a bag of extra crispy fries for dinner the same night I opened it and there was a massive chunk of yuck it looked like fried chicken but its moldy and it ruined the whole bag Im extremely disappointed Ive always loved your brand but this has completely disappointed me.

Items in bag of fries that I got from Walmart on Brook Park I came home cook the fries ate some then I made more for dinner in my air fryer and what I witnessed turned my stomach I would like an explanation of what this is I dont normally complain but this is unacceptable its too large for it not to have been seen please contact me

I purchased a bag of fries for my Grandchildren and it was full of rotten fries. They also had an order!!

Thank God I had a couple of potatoes in the house so I could make them so fresh French fries. But it certainly threw a wrench in my meal planning.

Its not like you can open the bag and check before you purchase them. Very reluctant about purchasing again.

The majority of them look nasty gray I picked through them just in order to have some good ones to bake. Proof of purchase is in the picture

This morning I opened a package of Ora Ida cubed potatoes only to find a number of cubes that were black with rot or skins still on the cube. Unfortunately, this platform does not allow a person to attach a photo to show you.

I expect better quality from a name brand product. So very disappointed!

On 5/13/24, I purchased a bag of extra crispy crinkle fries. After opening the bag, there was chicken inside the bag. This was reported to prevent people from getting sick.
