Found something weird in my bag of Ori-Dia seasoned crinkle cut fries. not sure what it is so I did not eat the fries, had chips instead. Beware, looks discussing!

Gray Crispy Crowns
The last two bags of Crispy Crowns that I have bought are gray. Yuck!
I had to toss out both bags. Such a waste of money.

I recently purchased a bag of oneida crinkly french fries, when I opened the bag they look brown. The date was correct on the bag, but the french fries looked terrible.

- - Paid extra for Oreida quality and was disappointed as pricing should reflect it.
I opened a brand new bag of crispy crowns and found dark spots on most of the crowns. I spend the extra $ on Oreida for the quality versus store name brand, but this was a big disappointment.
There is no reason that your company should be cutting back on the quality of the product when the consumer is paying a higher price for it. If you choose to use a lower quality of produce in this case, then you should lower the price of your product to reflect it.

Ore Ida Tater Tots taste like chemicals or soap
The bag of Tater Tots I have with a use by date of 10/04/2026 and other number: ON5A1231A11:13 tastes like chemicals or soap. I also got an upset stomach a few hours after eating them.
